A few days into June, we’ve wrapped everything up. 

Moved our clothing and bed upstairs and cleaned out the new nursery. 

We have a crib and dresser… and that’s all we get done before the big day.

We finally agree on a name and just in time!! 

Mommy is does not want to be pregnant anymore!!! 

Let's go go go little baby boy... we are READY!

Boy oh boy, May. We celebrate our anniversary, Mother’s Day and my birthday in May. 

Yet somehow, it does not seem fun at ALL. 

We are all very tired from construction and chaos in the house.

PopPop is here almost every day toiling away, Daddy has been working in the attic after work and on his one day off per week… Uncle Craig and Gramps pitch in, too. 

Ben and I take frequent trips to Jommy & PopPop’s because Ben can’t sleep through the hammering. He doesn’t sleep well in anyone else’s house, though. 

In fact, he doesn’t sleep at home either… Ben hasn’t slept through the night in months and Mommy can’t lift him out of his crib so we are all awake for at least an hour of crying every night. 

He is very clingy from being left behind at Ms. Alicia’s and mommy not picking him up anymore.

Mommy is VERY pregnant and sleeping on the floor because her back is out. 

We haven’t even started on a nursery because Liam and I are still living in that room!! Yes – to say that May was a stressful would be a gross understatement.

We manage to have some fun, though. Ben goes to Daddy's favorite place every week (Wegmans), and he loves pushing the shopping cart at John's Friendly Market.

Ben's car attraction has developed into a full fledged obsession. He loves lining them up on every windowsill and available surface. If you ask nicely, he will even show them to you.

Ben loves his blanket so much that we've gotten a second one, so one can be in the wash while a clean one is in play.

April

April was a big month for Ben. He started going to Ms. Alicia’s one day per week. Prior to that, he was always home with Mommy, Daddy or grandparents.

He started climbing.

He started to bond with Goldie.

And we introduced him to the concept of “Shhhhh -Baby”

The shed was installed in March and everything from the attic was moved out of the house so we are in full construction mode!!

Ben is a crazy man - running here and there and STILL taking a face plant every few days. We can't wait for him to get steadier on his feet... some of the bumps are nasty.
